Need to decide on a color scheme for Core's Site. It's currently using the "Light" Theme. VCD's site is using the Dark Theme.

Update: Core did not receive the same Customizable CSS bonus that VCDunited did. So, it's either just the Light or Dark or we'd have to pay to unlock the features to use whatever colors we want.
